Elisabeth Klinck is a contemporary violinist, composer and performer in minimal, electroacoustic, and experimental music as wel as improvisation and theater. 


Her work revolves around tactility, fragility, the ritualistic character of improvisation and the manipulation of time which often induces a sense of stillness. 

Klinck’s work can be an overwhelming force, but fragile at the same time.

 

Two solo albums ‘Picture a Frame’ & 'Chronotopia' has been released on Hallow Ground (Kali Malone, FujiIIIIIIIIIIta,...) and more recently Klinck Trio released their debut ‘My Hair is Everywhere’. 

 

Klinck’s work has been showcased internationally at venues such as Elbphilharmonie Hamburg, BRDCST festival, VIERNULVIER, Ancienne Belgique,  Rewire Festival, Rome Europe, Trafo, HAconcerts, Mafestival and many more.


 In addition to her solo work she often collaborates with different artists and organisations. Previous collaborations include: Miet Warlop, Ben Bertrand, Lieselot Siddiki, Benjamin Abel Meirhaeghe, Valgeir Sigurdsson, Nils Vermeulen, Shervin Sheikh Rezaei and many more. 

She toured the world with the renowned theater piece 'One Song' by Miet Warlop.
